There are 3 stages to your mission
Task-based mission preparation to get you ready both physically and mentally for the start of your Mission.
Mission starts with 1 week of fundamental exercises to ensure you are ready to train safely and effectively.
Training starts. 12 weeks of meal plans and workout plans, motivation videos, community support, expert advice and more.

Sign Up - Prepare
During Mission Prep you will be given specific tasks to complete that will help you get the most from the program. You’ll have access to recipes and the complete nutrition library so that you can start cooking right away. You will be completing training tasks, learning about the site and setting your goals. This is your chance to set yourself up for success and be ready to start your training.
Mission - Practice
This is the start of your Mission. This week is all about education and practice where you’ll learn the fundamentals of movement and good nutrition. You will learn correct form and technique for the exercises, preventing injury. You’ll learn all about macronutritents, the Units system, portion size, cooking techniques, and how to get the most out of your food. Then it’s practice, practice, practice.
Mission - Program
Your training begins. Every Thursday you will receive your workout and meal plan for the following week. To keep you on track with your goals, each week you will receive Steve’s motivational videos and have access to the live chats with our experts and Steve. You will complete daily workouts and be able to track your progress in the diary and progress pages as well as connect with other recruits.
