Get Active

Utilising no exercise equipment at all except a piece of dowel, the Get Active Workout Plan will reintroduce the functional movements that we use everyday back into your life. It is carefully designed to help ease people back into an active lifestyle.

The Get Active Workout Plan is designed for those new to GetCommandoFit™ training and those who do not exercise regularly. It consists of three workouts per week and additional cardio activity. The only equipment needed is a $2 piece of dowel and can be done from any location. Take the first step and Get Active.

Get Fit

Our most flexible program, Get Fit can be done continuously to keep you in great shape or scaled up to prepare you for a future move to Intermediate. The results can be dramatic after completing the Get Fit program.

The Get Fit Workout Plan is designed for those looking for a flexible and scaleable program. It consists of three workouts per week and additional cardio activity and can be completed using dumbbells and a jump rope only. No other exercise equipment is necessary and you do not need access to a gym. If you are a gym junkie and comfortable with weights, it has the flexibility that allows you to take control of the program and introduce weighted barbells and more. Take the next step and Get Fit.

Get Fit Inter-mediate

If you want to get really fit, focus on shaping and toning your body or build strength, the Get Fit Intermediate Program is for you. You'll use weights and exercise equipment to improve strength, muscle definition and develop an ideal shape all over. You should have already been working out for at least a few months and be comfortable using weights and standard exercise equipment.

The Get Fit Intermediate Workout Plan is designed for those wanting more variety and dramatic results from their training. It consists of six challenging workout days, one rest day and occasional bonus 'Commando Kicker' exercises. For those with a competitive streak you can earn Commando Points and compete with others. Take your training to the next level and GetCommandoFit™.

Get Fit Adv-anced

If you want to increase your work capacity, get stronger, faster and fitter, join the GetCommandoFit™ Get Fit Advanced Program. The Get Fit Advanced Program is designed for those who are serious about their training, CrossFit enthusiasts, athletes, instructors, sporting teams and military personnel looking for a new, challenging and varied training program.

The Get Fit Advanced Workout Plan consists of six, highly challenging workout days per week. The workouts will incorporate strength, cardio and gymnastics components and utilize the full spectrum of exercise equipment to give you the variety you expect in an advanced program.
